In the year 1975 – 76, I used to sometimes tune in to Radio Lahore from New Delhi (India) and heard the song
Awais and all other commentators….
The post reminds me late 70′s and early 80′s when there used to be a program from Radio Pakistan Multan at 7:00AM in the morning when I used to be getting ready for school , the program was hosted by a famous host and there used to be popular songs played in it. One song I can never forget is “Allah hi Allah kia karoo” …..
Does anybody know the name of program and its host??

I wouldn’t say those movies were perfect. For example there was a lot of wierd and over-acting. But I think thirty years ago the film industry had a good strong base. And if the industry had improved upon that base they would be making really good movies today, instead of the mostly cheap crap that comes out of Lollywood today.
