Education and health are both provincial subjects, and hence majority of those funds come from the provincial governments and not the federation. If you want to find the total allocated for education and health, you would need to dissect the provincial budgets as well.
That does not mean that we are doing justice to social sectors – all I am trying to say is to get your facts straight.
