    I guess the future lies in merging the old with the new. Buildings of yore were designed keeping aesthetics and ecology in mind. Esp South Asia. The old water harvesting structures, for instance. Wind towers which kept buildings naturally cool. Architects in Bangalore are trying to reinvent by upgrading traditional technology and designing buildings which are eco-friendly, naturally cool and grow their own water. See http://www.ecobcil.com
