i think they wouldn’t have switched the lights tha early. ( cause its still day light inii?).
There is nothing wrong in this scene, I don’t know on what basis newspaper has reported loadshedding. I can see still few bulbs glowing in some houses though its evening. Even if they are using UPS they won’t be lightning bulbs outside their houses. (as you can see in below mentioned link)

It has become our habit to blow things out of proportion and discuss until we get tired or find new masala. Let’s just ignore it and move on to the real issues please.
Mubarak, i think they do take power in bulk from KESC through a sub-station but they also have back-up generators.
