Innocent Pakistanis continue to pay the price. 95 more martyred in Peshawar today. Why and for what? Our deep condolances to bereaved families. No words left for me to say except a deep numbing effect. I do have a longing and a loud cry for PEACE. Is Pakistan becoming the next Algeria? Dawn coverage here. Jang coverage here. Is there any infromation from any source about the culprits who carried out this atrocity? I have not seen anything in the media reports so far.

They, as always, have denied such actions: http://tinyurl.com/yzp4vvm

May Allah have mercy on those who died, ameen.

Adding to what Asim said, I would say declare Taliban or their sympathizers as non-Muslims and put ‘Taliban’ on their ID cards and passport just like we did to poor Qadianis under pressure from radical mullahs. At least Qadianis had no bad intent against Pakistan or other fellow citizens of Pakistan.

Our leaders’ decisions have always been made on political motivations (I know its not a news to anyone) rather than keeping citizens interest in mind.

@Zecchetti : Well last night GEO was “breaking the news” that they captured few “militants” with Indian weapons. Is it the beginning of new era of Indo-Pak “friendship”?

Agree with Hamza, where are our politicians? The only one who spoke something is Hilary Clinton.

We need to totally eradicate this issue. Let’s discsuss: What is the root cause? What is the solution? How will this killing be stopped?

Why isn’t Media, Politicians or government discussing these?

Why are they stuck on Kerry/Lugar and NRO? Come on Stupids. Wake up! The first priority is SAFETY OF HUMAN LIFE.

Talibans have lost their way and gone on totally anti islamic path. However, before we crush this menace, we have to ask ourselves - who created Talibans? It was our own army and ISI. Even now they (army and ISI) are not against Taliban ideology but only against their choice of targets. If only they shifted their target to India or Israel or US, they will again be good buddies.

Cowardly attacks like this where bad guys are going against soft targets of civilians will only make the resolve of Pakistani nation stronger against them. We will come out stronger as a nation. Calamities like this unite the Pakistanis against those merciless people who are already on the run.
