I am 100% positive that this is picture of Former Pakistan Foriegn Minister, former Pakistan Ambassdor to US, France and then Soviet Union, and and Lieutenant General (retd) Sahabzada Yaqub Ali Khan.

    Do I get prize ;-)

He is one of those personalities which I admire a lot and wish to meet in person and discuss what really went on during 1971! If someone knows him and can arrange a meeting, I will forver be thankful.
