Lt. Col (R) Imtiaz Najam, father of Adil Najam, passed away in Pakistan on May 23rd. He was 75.
Inna lilah e wa inna ileh rajeoon.
Please pray for the ‘maghfarat’ of deceased soul and ’sabr’ to his family. It is also a part of our Pakistaniat to join each other in our times of sorrow and provide support to each other.

My image of Adil’s father is that of a strong, upright man working patiently in his garden, an image from 1982, and that is the image I will keep with me.

Really saddend to hear this news, Adil. Clearly, in bringing up children like yourself, he did his job in this world and then some. My prayer is both for your fater, and you and your family. May Allah(SWT) Grant him a restful abode; and May He(SWT) Grant you the wisdom to be as successful with your and family, as your father was with his. Ameen.
