For good measure, he’s also sporting a longer than usual beard these days; that should really seal the deal.

why do people care about such trivial records? somewhere else people were making a big deal about Yousuf scoring an ODI century against all cricket nations. who cares?

Pakistan winning is more important than any of these funky individual records.

I guess this performance would cement his place in the team for another two years, so we are in for another streak of dismal performances before he hits another rare spike!

Also, I have found the South African commentators to be extremely polite and fair and I agree that the comments made regarding Afridi’s sweep were in admiration and not in sarcasm. In the very next over, I remember the same commentator saying about Afridi ” what a player !”.

By the way, does anyone else thinks that the only reason Afridi did not get the man-of-the-match award (he also took 3 wickets) was because of his antics towards the crowd in the previous match?

Thanks. I also liked Afridi’s yesterday Play. He certainly needs consistancy and hope he Keeps it.
