Asif Ali Zardari becomes the President of Pakistan today after winning the presidential election. He secured 479 votes out of 702. His opponents, Retired Chief Justice Saeed-uz-Zaman Siddiqui received 153 elctoral votes and Senator Mushahid Hussein received 43. Asif’s victory in three provinces is overwhelming, especially in Sindh where his opposing candidates couldn’t get a single vote. Only in Punjab Assembly Saeed-uz-Zaman Siddiqi is able to get more votes than Asif.
The vote by the two houses of parliament and four provincial assemblies forms the 1,170-member, but 702-vote, electoral college. According to a Dawn update:
‘Asif Ali Zardari secured 281 votes out of the 426 valid votes polled in the parliament,’ chief election commissioner Qazi Mohammad Farooq said. He has secured 458 out of 702 electoral college votes, according to partial Election Commission results.
Asif Zardari is the 13th President of Pakistan. The ones who have been President before him include: Iskandar Mirza, Ayub Khan, Yahya Khan, Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Fazal Ilahi Chaudhry, Zia-ul-Haq, Ghulam Ishaq Khan, Waseem Sajjad, Farooq Laghari, Waseem Sajjad, Rafiq Tarar and Pervaiz Musharraf. Waseem Sajjad has twice been the President of Pakistan.

This man is uneducated, forged a fake degree and implemented a law that non educated can hold such a government position to justify his own placement.
The politics of Pakistan are not a Monarchy, but a Democracy. Why is it that bloodline matters so much to elected someone? The name “Bhutto” has given this man the authority to run. It is absurd. Pakistan is not a “Kingdom” it is the peoples republic. The PPP may be known as the Pakistan Peoples Party, but it is nothing for the people. It is more like a gang.
In other countries, soldiers are praised and formers soldiers run for office. But in Pakistan, it is another story. You know there is a saying that politicians like to use. We will bleed for Pakistan and risk their lives. However, they are the last on the totem pole to risk their life for their country. Pakistan lost a great man, that truly did FIGHT for his country. That man was Pervaiz Musharaff. The people of Pakistan did not elect this man, it was the government officials that were corrupt themselves. The people of Pakistan all over the world dislike this man in an overwhelming majority.
You do not have to be educated overseas, England, USA to be an official in Pakistan. Pakistan can creates its own great people to run in their country. True Patriots. Get this man out of office, he does not deserve the noble title of President.
A disgrace is what this Zardari figure is. Charges dropped against him, they should be reinstated and this man should be tried in a court of law.

We are the workers of (PPPP) but what kind of behavior treated PPPP Government when it comes in power it has totally forgotten us and work for NON -PPPP workers. From Z.A Bhutto up to present era we and our insisters have always worked for PPPP. In all the elections we have always triumphed our polling station (Shah Punja).if you have not believe on us you can ensure the record of this polling station. The record always demonstrate the data that here always PPPP wins the race in enormous majority .but now PPPP government not paying any kind of attention for our problems such as roads, Gas, electricity, drainage system, and the biggest problem of unemployment ratio. From above mentioned data electricity we have purchased privately and remaining items are always remaining forever. There is nothing any job for us until we pay the money (CM, MNA, MPA) always refused us .if we pay money then jobs are waiting for us otherwise there is nothing any job for us. My father is (Wali Muhammad Samtio) general secretary of PPPP at district khairpur (MIRS) when I say to my father for job in (NHMP) he replies that for us there is nothing any job. I tell you interesting news that is about the previous election the opposite candidates offer my father (5000000) fifty lacs but he refused their offer. For poor this amount is very huge amount to get the jobs for them. In election we use our own machinery not only for our voters but bring other voters from different villages and sir I tell you that my uncles

This is a moment to think what is going to happen to our mother land & what are we going to leave for the coming generations. If these same faces from sharif & buhtto families with their same bunch of lootoers will be coming again & again where will Pakistan go. Please I beg humbly to every one wake up & safe your mother land for yourself & for coming generations. Save your identification ‘ Pakistan’ before it will be too late that these enemies of this lovely land eleminate it from the globe.
