I think our Pakistani Cricket Team should visit or made them to visit the SWAT and the Camps where our Displaced pakistanis are living now-a-days, then might they play better than before.

Me dead sure they will play better than before and Dr. who asked 2 lacs if visit the camps and SWAT, will donate 2 lacs for our displaced pakistanis.

Kindly all our community members are requested that donate as much you can, placement of affectees, health, food and education needs utmost your attention with BIG BIG HEART. Thoook say aag nahi bujahi jati.

Life is given once and God forbid, we and our children are not among them but could be if not assist them now.

So donate as much as you can for yourself.

Seriously, even if they do not donate monetarily, I am sure just their visit would make a difference. The IDP Pakistanis are really emotionally fragile at this moment and this kind of support is what they long for – made to feel special and counted in the bigger banner of Pakistanis.

That’s a very interesting point; why have Pakistani cricketers, especially the current lot, never used their celebrity for charitable causes? The government should be using players like Younis Khan, Shahid Afridi, Umar Gul to raise money, etc. for the affected people.

The exception of course is Imran Khan; but other than him I can’t really think of anyone.

I do know that Afridi raised money for helping 2005 Earthquake affectees. We cannot assume that cricketers are not helping. I do agree that their visual presence in IDP camps on TV cameras can be a big morale booster for humanitarian work currently going on.
