    Very bad!
I dont think this perverted, self ego satisfying punishment fits the crime.

Is Pakistan trying to compete with the Egyptian Torture cells?

I say no liqour shops allowed if there is no rehab centers.
Only fines if there is no car wash joints.

I am sure there are many good thing happens in pakistan. I just got back from New York after attending a pakistani wedding went for four days and it was a blast which many westerners would envy.
