(1) Since the photo was taken on last year’s independence day therefore it explains the festive mood in this limited audience. It also explains why the boy has brought National Flag to the ground otherwise at a local sports event people rarely bring National flags to the stadium. This is my read on this photo.
(2) The guy in birthday cap is probably the cheer leader. If you clicked on the photo above, you may have noted that photographer has titled this photo as ‘joker’ because of this cheer leader guy.
(3) Note a lady’s image on cheer leader’s ‘daf.’
