Adil Najam

This installment of the ATP photo-quiz features someone decidedly pretier and nicer than the folks featured in the last one.
I am guessing this one is not too difficult either. Many woudl be able to reognize at least one of these ladies immediaetly. However, a liitle googling may be required to figure out the other. But more interestingly, do you know where they are, what they are doing, and when this was taken?
P.S. The first ATP photo-quiz went very well. Thank you all. Yes, it was Gen. Yahya Khan, then President of Pakistan visiting US President Richard Nixon in the White House. Thanks Suleman for identifying him, and HH for figuring out the date… 25 October, 1970 (how did you do that!). Things soon went on the downward slide for both men (Yahya and Nixon, not Suleman and HH!) soon after that.

Astonishing….The person up front is wearing a hat that I have seen Mr. Liaqat Ali Khan wear in puctures…could it be him?
Thank you all. I held on to all the posts above this one to give time to new folks to give it a try. You all got it right. It is Jackie Kennedy, in Karachi, with her is her sister-the equally famous Lee Radziville…. and as for the camel, Franz, I have no idea ;-)
Thanks again, all. Maybe I will post a few more pics from this visit.
OK, Adil I’ll try again this is Jackie Kennedy with her sister in Karachi on her state visit in 1962. Good enough?
Is this Lee Radziwill, sister of Jackie O? Lots available on her on google.
Karachi, March 25, 1962… diplomatic mission?
Jackie Kennedy with Lee Radziwill… the camel’s name escapes me at the moment.
Jackie Kennedy; March 1962, Karachi; state visit to India-Pakistan [I think the girl is her sister or her friend...?...name escapes me]
This one is quite hard. I easily recognized Jackie Kennedy on the right. I didn’t know the person on the left. My father, who knows more about Pakistani history than i do, believes the person on her left is her sister , Lee Radziwille. He also believes the picture was probably taken sometime in 1961 during the early years of the Kennedy administration. I’m also going to take an educated guess that it was taken in Karachi. Beyond that, i have no clue.
