Adil Najam

Both the cartoon and the qata are from Jang (28 and 29 Decemeber, 2006, respectively). Both are about Eid; but both areabout more than just Eid. Niether needs further comment. Eid Mubarak to all!

    Spoke to someone in Islamabad who told me that ordinary bakras are going for like Rs. 6000 or so and up to Rs. 10,000 or more. Is that correct? Given salaries how can middle class families even afford this? Links well with your next post.
