Walking down a street in Singapore, I came across this poster. If you are going to say ‘yeah – so what?’ or what is the maqsad (purpose) of this post then my answer would be imagine if you are walking on a street outside Pakistan and you see this poster – then won’t you get stuck for few moments? That is what happened to me. I got stuck on this poster for few seconds and took this photo. I was not expecting a Pakistani promotion on a street in Singapore. I also didn’t know that Pakistan is the 2nd largest exporter of clothing in the World. After looking at the poster, I saw a world of potential. Do you?

While All Things Pakistan has remained alive and online, it has been dormant since June 11, 2011 - when, on the blog's 5th anniversary, we decided that it was time to move on. No one trash talks Pakistan as Pakistanis themselves.
This is why I love ATP. Always positive about Pakistan but never shy of pointing out the problems and mistakes we make. That is the difference between constructive and destructive.

Good find. But the unfortunate part is that most of our textile exports is uncut cloth rather than value added garments. This is partly because of WTO rules where Pakistan does not get the benefits that LDCs like Bangladesh and Hondurus have. Which is why so much of the garments come from there even when the cloth is from Pakistan

and waseem, who claims to be malaysian muslim or whtever, whts your problem dude. are you feeling some identity crisis? that u need to come at Pakistani forum and explain to some fake US named person that u r a better muslim. have some self esteem. you must have lot of personal anger boiling inside. consult a therapist.
