    Some suggestions:
    1) The political leaders especially the President and Prime Minster should motivate the people to travel by RAIL.
The year 2012 may be declared the year for revival of railways.
    2) The people should prefer to travel by RAIL even if they face problems/inconvenice.
    3) The railways stations are usually near the cities/populated areas. The markeets/shops may be built on the first floor of railways station. The Government may ask the interested parties to pay the rent of one year plus security money in advance which may be utilized to built these markets/shops.
