I recently found this wrinkled photo in my collection. It is Pakistan’s Under-19 Cricket Team which toured Sri Lanka in either 1975-75 or 76-77. I know most of the people in this photo but not all. Some of the players here later played for Pakistan’s national team also. I thought it will be a good quiz if we try to guess who is who in this photo. There are cricketers, as well as organisers and politcal figures in this photo.

I think, 2nd row - behind javed miandad on left is Anil Dalpat who was wicket keeper for Pakistan team during early 80s.
I think the guy at the back of begum is Mudassar Nazar. Had a lot of hair at that time. Now he has none.
Next to Mudassar is probably Munir Hussain.

The tallest guy in the picture, 3rd. row extreme right could be Sikander Bukht.
I was wondering if the girst guy on the left (3rd row) is Taslim Arif?
On a second thought, “Hanif” looks a bit too tall in the picture. Maybe, it’s not him, afterall.
Other than the ones mentioned already, I can also recognize Hanif Mohmmad in the first row. But let me confess, at the risk of being accused of blasphemy, that I am not a great enthusiast of cricket —- and nihari!

Wink23, Ramiz Raja played his first match for Pak in 1985 and he was right around 19-20 years of age, so he cannot be in this 1975-77 photo.
Adnan you are right about Begum Rana Liaqat and Miandad but I am not sure about Sikandar Bakht next to Miandad. Sikandar is taller than Javed and used to be terribly skinny in mid-late 70s.

I think I can spot Rameez Raja on the left..2nd row
