The headline screams out that more than 40 people are dead after a heartless and soulless suicide attack on a mosque in Rawalpindi. The story under it tells us that more than half of those butchered are children.

Numb. Enraged. Without words. One stares into space.

How many such headlines have we seen? How many more are we destined to see?

Carnage. Bloodshed. Callousness. Hatred.

These are not things that anyone with a modicum of humanity can become used to. Yet, the world passes us by. Its not even news for the rest of the world. They are too busy worrying about “their” Taliban, to care about what “our” Taliban are doing. In the crazy world that we have manufactured, not every death is created equal. And certainly not every life.

Once again, Pakistanis die. Once again, Pakistanis cry. Alone.

Once again, Pakistanis stare into the darkness of nothingness, looking for answers. There are few words of sympathy from those who claim to be our friends. There are only sneers and jeers from those who are our enemies.

Why, one asks, why? Why do they hate us so?

In this video interview one would-be suicide bomber speaks up. It is harrowing. Listen, if you will, to the voice of hatred. Listen, if you can, to what Pakistan’s enemy sounds like.

That video is quite alarming. But yo will find similar certitude in all brainwashed individuals and extremists all over the world. There is a huge academic literature on how this happens and why this happens. For example, by Harald Otto Schweizer who has been researching female suicide bombers of Muslim as well as Hundu faith. This is why breaking their infrastructures of brainwashing is considered so important.

“Tured of idiot commentators who remind us that Pakistan once “nurtured” Taliban. Well, so did the CIA.”

Huh? The Taliban were formed in 1994, well after the Soviet Union left Afghanistan and collapsed. How and why would the CIA “nurture” the Talibs?

“Trying to make cheap political points over the death of so many innocents is not just unbecoming, it is cruel.”

Definitely agree. Violence against innocents should always be condemned.

Yes, Arvind. That thought is very scary. Scares Pakistanis too.

That is why India should immediately destroy its nuclear weapons so that Pakistan can do it too. Paksitan would love to close its nuclear weapons as soon as India does, since that is our only real nuclear threat.

I think if India did that it woudl also bring great relief to Mahatma Gandhis soul since Indias nuclear program is a blot of Gandhi jees name…. as if his murder by Hindu fundamentalists was not enough, his ideas were also killed by the Indian nuclear program. What a great contribution it woudl be to Gandhi jees name and world peace if India did actually abandon its nuclear program so that Pakistan could also do the same.

Tured of idiot commentators who remind us that Pakistan once “nurtured” Taliban. Well, so did the CIA. But neither fact is relevant now, because Pakistan has been righting a real war against them for a long. Trying to make cheap political points over the death of so many innocents is not just unbecoming, it is cruel. Just like terrorism is cruel.

  5. Arvind says:

I am stunned after watching the video…he is completely brain-washed. His belief is completely warped and beyond reason. He cannot be negotiated. He will either kill or be killed. He has no love lost for the nation or its people. He will kill even babies.
And if these guys or their minder( Amir ) get access to Nuclear Arsenal, we are done with. We will have Armageddon at our hand,
