The headline screams out that more than 40 people are dead after a heartless and soulless suicide attack on a mosque in Rawalpindi. The story under it tells us that more than half of those butchered are children.
Numb. Enraged. Without words. One stares into space.
How many such headlines have we seen? How many more are we destined to see?
Carnage. Bloodshed. Callousness. Hatred.
These are not things that anyone with a modicum of humanity can become used to. Yet, the world passes us by. Its not even news for the rest of the world. They are too busy worrying about “their” Taliban, to care about what “our” Taliban are doing. In the crazy world that we have manufactured, not every death is created equal. And certainly not every life.
Once again, Pakistanis die. Once again, Pakistanis cry. Alone.
Once again, Pakistanis stare into the darkness of nothingness, looking for answers. There are few words of sympathy from those who claim to be our friends. There are only sneers and jeers from those who are our enemies.
Why, one asks, why? Why do they hate us so?
In this video interview one would-be suicide bomber speaks up. It is harrowing. Listen, if you will, to the voice of hatred. Listen, if you can, to what Pakistan’s enemy sounds like.
its really heart-rending to see whats happening in our Beloved country…..but now i have no more confusion/hesitation in accepting that these ‘jihadis’ are totally wrong …i dont know their intentions but have seen their actions…Once again, Pakistanis die. This coming from a country that engaged in massive riots against Sikhs after Operation Blue Star, Gujrat, and the pogroms against Christians in Orissa? Keep a leash on your extremist Hindus before lecturing others about extremism.
Every time there is an attack an Indian comes on these blogs to gloat. I will not be surprised if one day we find out India has been supporting these terrorists all along, just like in 1971.
The world doesn’t care about Pakistan and having observed the F-grade performance of the US/NATO, can’t do much except drop bombs on civilians and occupy countries of some time. Its upto Pakistan to develop its capabilities and eliminate the garbage from its land.

Not something unexpected from an Indian, thanks to their “moral” support for the terror in return. What else would you expect from a sham-democracy who would nurture extremists like BJP, RSS, and SS in its legislative assemblies? Pakistan is at least fighting similar elements and paying a price too.
there is no proper definition done by our govt for all this crap sometimes they say its india sometime they its taliban and some time they just blame it off to some foreign hands … why dnt they see their own vulnerabilities towards all this. yes we are facing all this but there must a reason behind it…why in the world are we crying, dieing and suffering..
sorry to say but we are unable to look at our self as a Nation..we have lost our identity and lost our moral and cultural values..that is Islam
