The strategy just seems like a collection of grand ideas put togather by a collective of academics.. the key is in the (who, what where and when) excecution.

How do they propose in taking this strategy from 50,000 ft to a level that delivers a positive impact to the person on the street.

The thoughts although noble need to be aggressivley moved into a phase where short term tangible ideas are delivered.

I work in the strategy team for one of the worlds largest conglomorates.. if I delivered something like this, I would be laughed out of the building.

One of the key elements when I talk to people about the growth in India was when India was at an inflection point, an atmosphere which encouraged NRI’s with practical skills and knowledge to return made a tangible difference to support and foster home grown talent.

    regards

We need some serious thinking on a development strategy but no strategy will ever work without governance improvement and ending corruption.
